1. General Information

By accessing or registering for any services or courses offered by Sacred Warrior Movement, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, clients, and participants in our programs. Sacred Warrior Movement reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Course Registration and Payment

Upon registration for a course or coaching program, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Payment for courses must be made in full before the scheduled start date unless otherwise specified. All prices listed are subject to change, and any discounts or special rates will be communicated clearly prior to registration. Failure to attend a session or course without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify Sacred Warrior Movement at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee or result in the loss of your reservation without refund. We strive to be flexible and accommodating but reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Health and Safety

Participants in our courses must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided during training. Sacred Warrior Movement is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students. By registering, you acknowledge that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the training activities and will notify the instructor of any health conditions that may affect your ability to engage in firearm training. You agree to follow all safety protocols and guidelines set forth by the instructor.

5. Liability Waiver

Sacred Warrior Movement does not assume liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course of firearm training, coaching, or any related activities. By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and waive any claims against Sacred Warrior Movement, its instructors, and associated personnel. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm use and ownership.

6. Code of Conduct

We believe in fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Sacred Warrior Movement reserves the right to remove any individual from a session or program if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the learning experience of others.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Sacred Warrior Movement respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. By participating in our programs, you consent to the collection and use of your data for these purposes.

8. Photography and Media Release

By participating in Sacred Warrior Movement’s programs, you consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and testimonials for promotional purposes. These may be used on our website, social media, and other marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
